Having grown up on Greenbank Farm, Bailey has witnessed what it is to have and pursue a passion, and all that committing to that pursuit can mean. Now in his teen years, Bailey’s current passions lie in the areas of music, theatre, and the culinary world.

Having attended one of Gordon Ramsay’s Cooking Academy classes in London in the Summer of 2024, he’s now gotten bitten by the cooking bug but mainains his first love: baking. Attend one of TFE’s Open Days and you’ll have the opportunity to sample one of his delicious brownies!

Even though he doesn’t share his mother’s passion for horses, Bailey continues to be an amazing support to her and to the family venture. Who knows—one day he may be cooking at local Michelin-starred, L’Enclume, or have opened Bailey’s Bake Shop at Greenbank Farm!
