Diane is a massive lover of the Friesians--the combination of their dynamic movement and "gentle giant" ways--with a particular soft spot for Renske. Arriving weekly with an armload of carrots and apples, Diane has started out as all newer volunteers do: tackling the basics of stall mucking and hay net filling.

Beyond her love of the Friesians, and like many who are attracted to lend their support to TFE in whatever way, Diane firmly believes in Tracey's ethos, values, and approach, all of which drive the work and goals of the organization. Sharing the experience of the horses with like-minded humans makes it even sweeter and more rewarding.

The TFE team--especially Ren-Pen and the apple- and carrot-loving horses--appreciate Diane's choice to become one of our on-the-yard volunteers!
