Tamara wears several hats on the Farm and looks fabulous in all of them! She moved up to Cartmel from Sussex in 2017 following the sudden death of her and Tracey's father, Sandy Alexander. He had made it one of his life missions to protect the future of Greenbank Farm for future generations of the family, and Tamara, knowing how important it was to continue his work and supporting Tracey's Friesian passion, took the bold step to give up her life in the South to help find ways to drive the farm forward.

With a background in business and property management, and a fantastic ability to organize and delegate, Tamara has been the driving force behind the much-needed development and refurbishment of much of the Farm. She also manages all the Farmhouse stays for Greenbank Farm Holidays. She and Tracey have always enjoyed a wonderful sisterly relationship and now relish a dedicated and determined working relationship with a shared passion to see the Farm and Sanctuary thrive.

An animal lover, not surprisingly, Tamara is mum to furry child Woody the Wonder Dog and the famous fluffy Greenbank Farm Zwarble sheepies, Pfizer and Zeneca. However, human daughter, Tia, takes first place in her heart.
