Tony’s Time – Practical Improvements at Greenbank

Tony has been working with us here at Greenbank for many years, from doing our haylage each year to, more recently, taking on more and more jobs and improvements around the farm. He project managed the Palace and Playground and is now managing the work for 'The Next Steps'.

With around 40 years of experience, Tony has a brilliant ability to look at something, see what needs doing and immediately work out the most practical, efficient and cost effective way of getting it done. Sometimes he will say, “Why haven’t you done this?” or “This is what you need to do,” and before he knows it, we’ve found him another job!

The difference is that Tony can crack on and get things sorted properly and efficiently in a fraction of the time it would take us to tackle them ourselves. Sometimes it is a bigger project, but often it is the smaller things he spots that can make everyday life on the farm so much easier.
